The community

The Beauty & Wellness Community is a panel of thousands of Italian consumers ready to test your product to help you improve them.

The panel is managed in partnership with Adacta S.p.A., a company that operates in the field of sensory & consumer science.

New tools for listening

The increase in online connections over the last two years, accompanied by the exponential growth of social media, is radically changing the way in which businesses and consumers relate.
The consumer has stopped playing a passive role and increasingly appreciates being involved in business decisions. In this scenario there are interesting prospects for innovation and development
for brands that will be able to exploit the new listening tools.

After receiving the sample at home, the participants of the Beauty & Wellness Community are ready to express their satisfaction through surveys, focus groups and test groups.

Each consumer is profiled in detail, thanks to this we are able to reach the real users, even where there is a need to involve respondents with particularly restrictive eligibility criteria (low incidence of the product, use of prestigious products, etc..).
